The workshop will share the strategic plan utilized to help Gregg Neuman transform his Downtown San Diego marketplace from less than 1% market share to over 15% market share in less than 2 years. The University webinar series opens in January 2011, we will be offering up to 8 classes a month that will focus on different aspects of the 1parkplace solution. The classes will be conducted online so you can enjoy them from the comfort of your home and will feature an interactive session structure where you can view the class then participate in a Q&A session. If you really want to view a class but have a scheduling conflict, please sign up and you will be emailed a video recording once the session has completed. This will help to ensure that your Back Office is ready to send out drip campaigns and import your contact database. We will cover how to add and edit the content of your website as well as how to change your website design. As part of this session, we will also go over how to add some SEO techniques into your specific 1parkplace website. Be sure to have your contact database ready if you would like to follow along. This will include going into the Contact Database and researching what your clients have been looking at on your IDX tools. We will also cover how to add a new client to a campaign or assign them to a new group. Using the 1parkplace BOSS Reports help you know when your traffic is beginning to have a positive trend, or a negative. During this session, learn how to pull these reports and see some of the information you can gather from specific contacts of what they have been looking at. We will go over the client- feel of the search as well as some of the different functions.
