Dawn M. Carpenter named state Realtor of the Year - SILive.com

Carpenter is the broker/owner of Travis-based Dawning Real Estate and is the 54th recipient of the award. The Albany-based not-for-profit trade organization represents more than 51,000 of the state's real estate professionals. Carpenter is a past president of the Staten Island Board of Realtors, where she also has served and chaired numerous committees. She was recognized as board's Realtor of the Year in 2008. Comprised of more than 2,800 members, SIBOR serves real estate agents, brokers and affiliated professionals throughout the borough and surrounding areas.
