For those of you who have used Google Adwords in the past, you probably have a fairly decent understanding of what this means. Include more tabs with interesting information such as local schools, calculators, local attractions, video tours, etc. Have fun with this and use your unique personality. Too many agents and brokers try to be all business with the Real Estate marketing and end up boring their prospects to tears. So be creative and keep tweaking your sites to get better and better results. Create a desire within your visitors to want to come back regularly to see what the heck is going down next.
